PROJECT OVERVIEW

Advanced Watertek was tasked to design and build a containerized Treated Sewage Effluence (TSE), Ultrafiltration (UF) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) Treatment Plant for our client in Abu Dhabi meeting strict standards for water filtration.

THE CHALLENGE

The client required a reliable and efficient solution to provide irrigation water operating within city limits.

Traditional water treatment plants was not feasible due to space constraints and construction timelines. The challenge was to provide a solution that minimizes the environmental impact and to be designed to operate within the locations space constraints. To achieve the clients strict requirements, Advanced Watertek designed a compact modular containerized solution to meet the clients requirements.

OUR SOLUTIONS

Advanced Watertek proposed containerized TSE polishing units.

Ultrafiltration (UF) System: Removes suspended solids, colloids, bacteria, and viruses, pre-treating the water for RO.

Reverse Osmosis (RO) System: Further purifies the water by removing dissolved salts, minerals, impurities and other contaminants, achieving high product water quality ideal for irrigation and other golf course needs.
Control System: Ensures optimal operation and automated monitoring of key parameters like pressure, flow rate, and water quality

Successful system commissioning in 2024 of containerized UF + RO System (TSE polishing Units) in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Two (2) units distributed in 6 purpose-built modular containers
Each unit achieves a capacity of 2,225m³/day of high-purity irrigation water
With a combined capacity of 4,500 m³/ day
Compact and modular design minimized disruption of ongoing operations.
After-sales parts & consumables solution customized as per the project contract
